The 14th edition of the Inspiring Women Africa (IWA) conference, organized by the dynamic Kemi Ajumobi, is just days away from transforming Lagos into a hub of female empowerment. 

Scheduled for December 11, 2025, at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, the event promises to redefine leadership with the theme “Leadership Redefined: Charting New Paths to Excellence.” IWA, founded by Ajumobi, has become Africa’s premier platform for women to amplify their voices, share stories, and access growth resources.

The highlight of the conference is H.E. Madam Sahle-Work Zewde, former President of Ethiopia, who will deliver the keynote address. A symbol of resilience and visionary leadership, Madam Zewde’s presence underscores IWA’s commitment to spotlighting global icons. “Leadership is beyond titles—it trickles into homes, workplaces, and nations,” Ajumobi emphasizes.

Joining Madam Zewde are luminaries like *Imaan Sulaiman Ibrahim, Moruf Oseni (MD/CEO, WEMA Bank), Tonye Cole (Sahara Group), and Chinwe Iloghalu (Acting MD, NOVA Bank). Their insights on innovation, finance, and cultural impact will inspire attendees to break barriers.
