History Made...METHSOOSA Sports Chair, Bose Adebayo, Donates Hygiene Kits to Girls' Schools at Olowo's Cup


September 25, 2025, Owo, Ondo State – In a heartwarming gesture, Lady. Bose Adebayo, Chairman of the Methodist High School, Owo, Old Students Association (METHSOOSA) Sports Committee, has donated hygiene kits to girls' schools that participated in the recently concluded Olowo's Cup football competition. This initiative aims to promote the well-being of young female athletes, enabling them to pursue both sports and academics without the setbacks often associated with hygiene challenges.


The donation was made through her representative, Mr. Raymond Obasusi, Team Manager of Methodist High School Football Teams and Chairman of the Owo Zone of METHSOOSA. Mrs. Adebayo emphasized that the initiative is designed to empower girls to participate freely, stay healthy, and feel more confident both on and off the field.

The gesture was widely commended by His Majesty, Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye III, the Olowo of Owo, who praised Mrs. Adebayo for her thoughtfulness and commitment to the kingdom's youth.
