Ozekpedia Happy July Motivation For Global youths

•In his customary message to global youths every new month, leg luminary, Prof Mike Agbedor Abu Ozekhome SAN, CON, OFR, FCIARB, LL.M, PH.D, LL.D, D.LITT, D.SC, D.HL. aka Ozekpedia -the human rights activist, holding the rank of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria who is widely known  for his works as a constitutional lawyer and also an orator has sent words of hope for a positive July 

Here are his five pieces of advice for youths on achieving success:

1. *Embrace Fresh Perspective and Innovation*: As a youth, you bring energy, enthusiasm, and a fresh perspective to challenges, which are key components of innovation needed for success 

2. *Set Ambitious Goals*: Aim high and work towards achieving ambitious goals. Bonita Norris, for example, became the youngest British woman to reach the summit of Mount Everest at the age of 22, showcasing the power of setting and pursuing ambitious goals 

3. *Adaptability and Leadership*: Inheriting a new team or taking on new challenges requires adaptability and leadership. Being able to navigate through changes and lead effectively is crucial for success.



4. *Continuous Learning and Improvement*: Seek opportunities for continuous learning and improvement. This includes acquiring new skills, gaining certifications, and staying updated with industry trends.

5. *Value Fundamental Principles*: Embrace fundamental values that contribute to personal and professional growth. These values form the foundation for becoming capable and successful individuals.

These pieces of advice from Prof Mike Ozekhome encompass the importance of fresh perspectives, ambitious goal-setting, adaptability, continuous learning, and fundamental values in achieving success as a youth.
