Education Today...PE TESS Holds Mid-Year Review to Enhance Education in Nigeria

Zuma Resort, - The GPE Transforming Education System at State level (GPE TESS) has convened a three-day mid-year review to assess progress and strengthen education delivery in Nigeria.

The review, held in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Education/Universal Basic Education (UBEC), aims to:


- Enhance access to quality education for all children

- Promote government transparency and accountability

- Strengthen the education system for inclusive learning

The event focuses on physical training planning in rural areas, addressing gaps in education delivery modules. The three-day training and review project seeks to:

- Assess progress and provide further training

- Increase enrollment and reduce out-of-school children (OOS)


- Train teachers, improve infrastructure, and promote transparency and accountability

The review also aims to track implementation status in Oyo, Adamawa, and Katsina (OAK) states, review monitoring and evaluation plans, and bid farewell to Mr. Martin Elias Simone, TTL.
