Martin's not long ago was amongst the eminent Nigerians Honored With the National Productivity Order Of Merit Award in Abuja (NPOM) presented by President Muhammadu Buhari 


This year, 49 people were granted the National Productivity Order of Merit Awards in various categories with four of them – Allen Onyema, Chief Mike Adenuga; Jim Ovia, and Chinedum Anthony Okereke, joining Rabiu in the “Employers of Labour” category.



And now ,months after the historical honour bestowed on him ,the humanitarian minded Dr Martins has obliged the World Industry Leaders Magazine an exclusive interview counselling the Youths of today of his impression about how they can become success stories and a pride to their  fatherland






In his words .." I wish to commend your works and wish to use this medium to advice our youths on the few secrets of success that worked for me and few other business tycoons


" Our Youths must be focused, determined, obedient and futuristic, he emphasised that genuine hardworking pays better than frivolous activities, but chief of all they must' reverence God, put Him in all their plans and create room for activities of charity...they must not wait to hit millions before giving back to the society " he divulged...
