Q: Please can you tell us about your self and about your business

A:My name is Chief Arinze Isaac Okpara (Ugochinyere 1) of Ijegun/ Ijeododo Kingdom Lagos Nigeria.

I am the P. A to HRH EZE DR CC NWOKEDI (EZE OKPOKO 1) Eze Ndi Igbo Ijegun/Ijeododo Kingdom Lagos Nigeria.

I am the CEO of ARICH MEGA RECOURSES LTD

I am from Akpulu in Ideator North LGA Imo State Nigeria.

Q: What exactly do you do?

We deliver services to riverine communities across African Nations.

We sell and deliver outboard Engines brand new and Japanese fairly used, fishing and transport boats, genuine spare parts, general contractor and services.

Q : WHAT INSPIRED YOU INTO BUSINESS?

A:What inspired me into business was a burning desire to fight poverty out of my family line and to be a blessing to humanity.

I was born in an average family where the opportunity to go school up to University level was impossible.

When the opportunity for me to go  and do apprentice job ( what Igbo people called boi boi) came to me, I didn't  hesitate to grab it because I believe engaging in business was the fastest way in which I can achieve my desire goal.

Q: CAN YOU TELL US WHO TRAINED AND MENTORED YOU?

A:The first business training I got was from my Aunty Mrs Amanke Onyemeke a younger Sister to my father who took me from my parents when i was 4 years old.

 I remember in my primary school days after school, she will send me to the market to sell ogiri for her. As at that time, she was the best producer of native maggie which igbo people called ogiri they use it to prepare all kinds of native soups in place of Maggie cube. So every market days she will send me to the market to sell for her after school. I remember the day I made #400 naira. I was very happy because that was the highest sell i had made. It continue like that until I completed Jss 1,  I then  returned to my parents.

 Fortunately, my cousin, Late Mr Uchenna Akamere came to take me from the Village to Oron, Akwa ibom State to do Boi  boi (apprentice) job for him when i completed Jss 3.

 I spent some months in Oron Akwa ibom State then he took me to his branch in Ghana.

 I spent three months in Ghana and he took me from there  to Cote'de voir. 

 After spending months there, again, he took me to Liberia where I spent Six years doing the same apprentice work over there.

During the Liberian war in the year 2003, I flee from Morovia to his branch in Accra, Ghana. 

After spending some months in Ghana, in 2004, he asked me to return to Nigeria to meet him.

When I returned to Akwa ibom state, he took me to one of his branch in Rivers State to work with him there. 

I spent a year and some months there before he sent me to Lagos and gave#100,000 naira to start my own business.

 That #100,000 with hard work is what God multiply to the level I am today.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR  LIFE'S GUIDING PHILOSOPHY

A: I am guided by three Philosophies..

*God and prayer: I put God first in anything I do because it is God that gives us power to make wealth Deuteronomy 8:18 and by strength and might shall no man prevail, that is what the bible says

*Integrity: I am a man of integrity and I applies it in all my dealing with people

*I believe in hard work, consistency and diligence
