" My simple advice is this...talk is cheap, first lady Dr Aisha Buhari & IG of police must come out and make a national decrees that anyone caught in the evil act of rape will be nationally death with, I have prepared my position paper to the Presidency and National Assembly and will make it public soon " was her angry revert on this evil act of rape in the country today
