Two Business Moguls, Coscharis Boss,Cosmos Maduka & Empire Homes Luxury Estate CEO, Murphy Osuala, Speaks on How JAPAN Transformed their Business Mindset For Good

They both need little or no introduction before taking  their place of pride in Africa's business and philanthropic terrain - this is talking about Chief Cosmos Maduka and Dr Chief Murphy Osuala

They are both Nigerians and highly traveled, one way or the other, the country called Japan  have in no small way helped shaped and turn their business mindset for the better

For starters , Cosmos  Maduka  is a Nigerian businessman and philanthropist, the Founder, President and Chairman of the Cocharis Group, an indigenous conglomerate with diverse interest in Manufacturing, ICT, Petrochemical, Auto care and Auto Components, Automobile Sales and Services, Agric and Agro Allied business sectors. Maduka is famous for Cocharis Motors, a leading automobile sales and servicing company. In addition to other brands of cars such as Range Rover, Ford and Jaguar; he is sole distributor of BMW in Nigeria

While Osuala is the brain and force behind the fast growing and imposing Empire Luxury homes and Estates ,in addition, he is a business tycoon and philanthropist who was recently conferred with a honorary degree in business by the prestigious European American University in Dominica Republic

This is how Japan
changed their mentality

*MADUKA

" My favorite getaway location is Japan and there are a number of reasons. I have learned a lot of things from the Japanese and I see them as an inspiration. I went to Japan for the first time in 1979 and I was so impressed by the culture and courtesy of the people. It was strange for me to witness, even at the tollgate, that men who collect money from passengers, on behalf of the government, bow to as many vehicles as they collect money from. It was a big surprise for me because this was not their personal money but the level of dedication was amazing. That courtesy is seen everywhere you go, from the airport to the restaurant and that embodies the type of person I am. From the early 80s, I used to go to Japan for business and even after that, I would spend some more time moving around to see more of the culture and their way of life influenced me as a person and Coscharis as well"  He once revealed to Forbes Africa

Little Wonder many attest to his extreme humility and despite his billions dollars rating, he still goes about with public microphone preaching Christ to lost souls in the Streets of Nigeria

* OSUALA

"I have lived better part of my life ion Japan as young man, today I now think like them, they made me detest what Africans call "African time"

I CANT STAND MEN WHO DO NOT RESPECT TIME. You can lost money and get it back but lost time is gone forever

 I learned decent time management  from them. It is a way of living for them. Respect for time is paramount. If a Japanese man gives you an appointment for 1pm, before that time he is there. They don’t come 15 minutes before or 10 minutes after. Once it is time of the date they knock on your door. If he comes two minutes late, he apologizes for almost 10 minutes for being late because it is simply not accepted in the culture.

Today I have learn the value of making a promise and keeping it ,if I cannot I WILL not promise and come with excuse, it is not allowed in Japan"

-This is no doubt an inspiring story
