It was a  warm airport reception that ushered ex president Dr Good Luck  Ebele Jonathan  GCFR   from Ambassador Amin M. Dalhatu and members of staff of the Nigerian Embassy in Seoul, the Republic of South Korea as he  arrived Seoul this afternoon for the International Leadership Conference holding in the capital city.
