●The lingering high unemployment rate in Nigeria today is no doubt one that calls for concern not only by Government agencies but also by well meaning individuals in the country today

environment for active private sector enterprises to thrive , by this mode of direct participation, Government could absorb the numerous unemployed persons by paying them to clean the environment, instead of relying on voluntary participation by citizens to keep the environment clean" Ekpenyong believes Nigeria will be better if Dr Akoh's pragmatic strategies are implemented by all stakeholders
