What is a pension fund or plan ?
 A pension fund can be said to be  a retirement plan that requires an employer or individual  to make contributions into a pool of funds set aside for a time he or she eventually calls it quit with active days of working

In many advanced nations, every person working or in business is required to maintain what is called a retirement Savings Account with a pension Fund Administrators (PFA) of his or her choice

That pension fund administrator on her part is a company that is responsible for safeguarding and managing such savings until one eventually retires after which all the money will be eventually paid to the ownerowner

Speaking on the benefits by today's young generation to have pension plan, the head of consumer education,Central Bank of Nigeria ( CBN) Hajia Khadijia Kasim told World Leaders. Com  that "The advantages of having a pension fund account cannot be overemphasis.

"But one thing I will say is that there will be too much pain to bear if at your old age you are still depending on others for your basic old age needs

" So the earlier today's young one's start transferring money from their current or savings accounts to their pension funds account, the better for their future no matter how small  and if you are working,your employers - by law are mandated by law to make such contribution on your behalf " she told
