In a bid to  further boost the state of Solar energy business in Nigeria and take her a step closer to the level of an advancing nation, the management of Atlantic Waste & power Systems Inc and Bocinoc international company has announced a strategic  partnership between both companies
In a position paper made  available to the press last night,  and signed by CERUTTI MEDIA group leader, the TWO  organizations revealed that the move was initiated as part of efforts to strengthen the SOLAR ENERGY business in the new world order

The  Atlantic Waste and power system INC has as its president a veteran in the solar business in person of Chief CHRISTOPHER  Onwuasoanya and the company is wholly  owned subsidiary operation in Nigeria, but initially incorporated  in the State of new Jersey U.SA
Her management team has over many years combined of civil engineering, project management experience and over 20 years of global service / project financing experience and Atlantic power today has been one of the front line players in the Solar Energy business in NIGERIA

ON HER part, the BOCINOC COMPANY LIMITED is spearheaded by Prince Innocent Chigbu as its president and was founded two decades ago with a firm entrepreneurial spirit, sound technical know-how, perseverance and focus
Unlike the Atlantic Waste Power systems, which was incorporated in New Jersey, Bocinoc was registered in Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission to carry out energy, power, technical related  issue such as generation, distribution , ac/Procurement , SUPPLIES AND THE PRACTICE  of renewable energy related matters  i.e. Solar Energy and general goods  and service in the solar world
Both organizations have pledged to take the SOLAR ENERGY BUSINESS IN Nigeria to an unprecedented zenith height with total cooperation from Nigerian new Government
