For Dr. Shuaibu Idris, success is not gifted, it is built. Dr. Idris decried the growing trend of young people moving from office to office, and from one personality to another, cap-in-hand asking for money and favours. According to him, true dignity comes from starting something, no matter how small, rather than waiting for handouts. 



Citing the story of Africa's richest man as a lesson in vision and discipline, he noted that Aliko Dangote, today a global business icon and the richest black man in the world, started his journey with less than five hundred thousand naira. What transformed that modest seed capital into a multi-billion dollar empire, he stressed, was prudence, planning and persistence.

He further warned youths against wasteful spending and a sense of entitlement, insisting that money does not come easy and must be managed with wisdom. Financial discipline, strategic planning and hard work, he said, remain the non-negotiable keys to lasting wealth.

Dr. Idris, known for his philanthropy

and deep commitment to youth empowerment, said Nigeria's future depends on a generation that thinks outside the box, creates value, and builds wealth from the ground up. His message is a timely new week tonic for every young person seeking relevance.
