With that declaration, millions across the world rise every morning for prayers. Pastor Jerry Uchechukwu Eze who recently celebrated his birthday at forty-four has become a global voice of faith, hope and revival.

Born August 22, 1982 in Umuahia, Abia State, Pastor Jerry’s journey began humbly. Raised by a petty-trader single mother, his early education was supported by church members who saw the fire of God in him. From Ibeku High School to Abia State University where he studied History and International Relations, his foundation was built on service.

Before full-time ministry, he worked as a communications specialist on a World Bank HIV/AIDS program and later with the United Nations Population Fund. That experience shaped his heart for people and gave him the skill to communicate hope to millions.

In 2013, he founded Streams of Joy International. What started as a small fellowship has now grown to 34 branches across West Africa, Southern Africa, Europe and North America. His leadership style is simple: pray, serve, and build people.



The second major impact came in 2020 during COVID-19 lockdown. Out of that season, NSPPD - New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations was born. Daily online prayers that started with a few viewers now reach millions daily across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Mixlr. It has been ranked the most-watched live channel in Nigeria.

Third, NSPPD gave birth to testimonies that shook nations. From healings to job breakthroughs, to marriages restored, the altar became a place where _“What God cannot do does not exist”_ became reality for everyday people.

Fourth, his global outreaches. In June 2023, over 70,000 people gathered at the ExCeL Arena in London for an NSPPD prayer convention. In Houston, Texas, over 20,000 attended and the State of Georgia gave him special recognition for impact.

Fifth, Pastor Jerry is raising the next generation. In January 2026 he rolled out grants worth hundreds of thousands of dollars for young entrepreneurs, proving that ministry must also touch the economy.

Sixth, he is building institutions. Twelve days before his 44th birthday, he was named an Independent Non-Executive Director on the board of Heirs Life Assurance, part of Tony Elumelu’s Heirs Insurance Group — bridging faith and the marketplace.



Seventh, his family life is an example. Married to Pastor Eno Jerry since March 17, 2007, and blessed with two children, Samara and Jerry, he models that ministry and home can grow together.

Eighth, his media reach. With nearly one million YouTube subscribers and daily broadcasts among the most streamed globally, he has redefined how the gospel is preached in the digital age.
