Okpebholo, yesterday inspected the ongoing construction of the Temboga Ekiuwa University of Benin Road and Oba Erediauwa Road in Benin City, reaffirming his administration's commitment to improving infrastructure across the state
The governor's visit was met with excitement from residents, who expressed their appreciation for the progress being made on the project. The Temboga Ekiuwa University of Benin Road project is expected to ease traffic around Upper Mission and Ikpoba Hill Road, improve connectivity to the Ugbowo area, reduce travel time, and boost economic activities for residents and businesses in the area.
Governor Okpebholo emphasized that his focus remains on delivering results and serving the people, stating, "My focus remains on delivering results and serving the people. We will continue to build the roads and infrastructure that move Edo State forward and improve the quality of life for our citizens".
The project is part of the governor's efforts to open up key routes and improve infrastructure across Edo State. The construction of the 7.2km Temboga Road, which links the University of Benin (UNIBEN), is expected to have a significant impact on the daily lives of residents, making it easier for them to access essential services and conduct business.

The Temboga Ekiuwa University of Benin Road project is one of several infrastructure projects being undertaken by the Okpebholo administration. The governor has also flagged off the construction of a 14km road linking Obaseki's hometown with nine neighbouring communities
