The Nigerian‑Canadian songstress Whitney Akinrinsola, known worldwide as Moon Savana, unveils her latest single “Refined” ,now streaming exclusively on Spotify. Whitney’s early years were steeped in music. She began singing in church choirs at the age of six, using a TV remote as her first microphone during family performances. Her formative education at Maryland Nursery, St. Leo’s Catholic School, and Early Height College in Akute, Ogun State, laid the groundwork for a disciplined artistic spirit.

At fourteen, Whitney moved to Dallas, Texas, where she attended Lake Highlands High School and was elected president of the school choir. This pivotal experience broadened her cultural horizons and deepened her commitment to gospel
