Legal Giant, Mike Ozekhome Hails Super Eagles; Raises Alarm over Zimbabwe's President #228 Millon pledge

Renowned legal luminary and soccer enthusiast, Prof. Mike Ozekhome SAN, CON, OFR, has congratulated the Super Eagles on their outstanding victory in Kigali, Rwanda. The Eagles' impressive win by a good margin was a testament to their skill, determination, and the Nigeria fighting spirit. Prof. Ozekhome, who is known for his passion for soccer, praised the team's performance, saying they made the nation proud.


However, Prof. Ozekhome  sounded a note of caution, warning the Eagles not to become complacent ahead of their next match against Zimbabwe. He reminded them that Zimbabwe, though wounded, is still a formidable opponent that should not be underestimated. 


The President of Zimbabwe has reportedly pledged to donate a whopping $150,000 (approximately N228 million) if the Zimbabwean team can beat the Eagles in Uyo.

Prof. Ozekhome emphasized the importance of the Eagles' victory, stating that the World Cup would not be the same without Nigeria's participation. He urged the team to remain focused and motivated, saying "Go Eagles, go!" in an interview with Cerutti Media Group last night.
