Girl child Series....London-based humanitarian, Amb Princess Bose Adebayo, Stress on Vital Essence of Education for the girl child
London-based humanitarian, Amb Princess Bose Adebayo, has always been passionate about making a positive impact in her community. One of her notable projects was constructing a borehole in her alma mater, Akoko- Edo, providing clean water for her people and surrounding villages.
In her recent interview with Cerutti Humanitarian World, centered on girl child Series..she emphasized the significance of educating the girl child. She quoted the wise words of Dr James Emmanuel Kwegyir-Aggrey, a Ghanaian scholar and educator, "If you educate a man, you educate an individual, but if you educate a woman, you educate a family (nation)."
Princess Adebayo explained that this African proverb highlights the importance of training the girl child. "When you educate a girl, you empower her to become a change-maker in her family and community. She will grow up to be a leader, a mother, and a role model, inspiring others to pursue their dreams."
