How Professional Women in Media Celebrated Nigeria's Independence in Grand Style

 History was made last Saturday 1 st October 2022 when the  Women  in Media  held their Annual Independence Day Lecture by professional women in the Media industry. 


A most colourful event, it kicked off with the convener Princess Lilian Odumosun giving the welcome address, which was followed by the  keynote speaker Pharmacist. Gbemisola Ashade speaking on  the place of Women and their health, stressing the need for women to look after themselves and be intentional about their well being. 




She further appeal to women to take time to rest in the midst of their busy schedule. All women from all media organizations were fully represented at the event. Tv presenters, radio presenters, print media, bloggers,media consultants and veterans were at the annual lecture of the Women in ' Media , October 1st 2022 annual Lecture.

 Media Veteran such as Lady  Bunmi Owanaya, the former manager of NTA Lagos Dr  Hellen was there present and a Mother in media Chief  Julie Coker also came to the surprise of everyone was Princess Aladegoroye the Executive Director of Nubia Africa TV was the MC of the program.







It was no doubt a memorable day to remember and the  time with the ladies of women in  Media is one whose memory will sure linger on for a long time to come
