Red Star Express, Nigeria’s leading logistics company recently held a special event to honor the outgoing CEO, Dr Sola Obabori and usher in the new MD, Auwalu Badamasi Babaura, and new Executive Director Sales & Marketing, Mr. Charles Uche Ejekam. 

The change of baton at Red Star Express is a classic example of excellent succession planning in action. Other Nigerian companies should emulate the Red Star example.
