You still have to work hard" - Ted Turner • Benedict Akwuegbu – a former Super Eagles striker, who decided to head back to the four walls of university long after quitting the round leather beautiful game will be honoured to by his school ,the Anglia Ruskin university in UK The 2000 Africa Cup of Nations silver medal winner and ex Grazer AK of Austria forward who had stint in several countries like Austria, France, Belgium, Swiss and even China during his active playing days is currently studying mental health and his meticulous attention to his study has finally paid off with this award

To recognise this achievement, we would like to invite you to join us, and fellow members of the Faculty to our Healthcare and Post Graduate Schools Awards Evening. This will take place on Wednesday 9th March at 5pm in room 406, Charterhouse Building. Please ensure you arrive by 4.45pm so that you can be seated before the awards ceremony begins at 5pm. We advise you to dress smartly as there will be a photographer present to record the proceedings. The ceremony will be followed by refreshments which will give you and your guest the opportunity to network with other award winners and the faculty academics. The evening will finish by 6.30pm.
