New Oore Otun Ekiti, HRM Adeagbo Pledge's To Rule With Fear of God

His Royal Majesty, Oba Adekunle  Adeayo Adeagbo who was recently presented with the Golden Staff of Office as the new Oore of Otun Ekiti, has vowed to lead his people with humility and fear of God

Only recently, Ekiti  Governor, Dr  Kayode Fayemi, while congratulating the new Oba said  that the traditional institutions needed the support of people to take their towns to an enviable height.
Dr Fayemi noted that development could only be achieved in an atmosphere of peace, hence traditional Rulers should embrace teamwork with residents in their domains.
He advised the traditional ruler to always strive to contribute his quota to the development agenda of the present government and Ekiti.


Now speaking to World Leader's, the Oore of Otun Ekiti, Oba Adekunle Adeagbo while  soughting  the cooperation of the people of Otun with a view to enthroning peace, unity and progress during his rulership vowed to be guided by fear of God 



" My trust and confidence has always been on God 100%; it is such fear and reverence of God I will bring here to guide our people backed by absolute humility " he opined

Oba Adeagbo who stressed the need for any aggrieved person or group in Otun Ekiti to sheath their swords said that the development of the ancient town should be placed above personal interest.



The selection of new Oore of Moba Land followed the demise of Oba Adedapo Popoola on the 22nd of October 2019 with seven Candidates Presented from Ile Eye aba Ruling House
Oba Adeagbo is seasoned construction and expert whose love for people and charitable works often sets him aside from the word go
