When the floor is finally declared open and prayers said during the
much anticipated global book on “Benin
Monarchy: An Anthology of Benin History,” being packaged by the Oba Ewuare II
Foundation in collaboration with the Benin Traditional Council (BTC), few of
the most dignified guest to be seen than day may include, President Muhammadu
Buhari; former Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon (rtd),APC Chairman, Comrade
Adams ,Alhai Aliko Dangote and several captains of industries and members of
the diplomatic Corpse among other eminent personalities
No doubt, the ancient Benin-City, the Edo State capital, will be
highly agog for the public presentation of a book in honor of the Benin
monarch, His Royal Majesty Oba Ewuare II, billed for Saturday October 20th 2018
WORLD LEADERS
The chairman who described the book as “one of the important works
and definitely the most iconic in recent times, also stated that the day would
showcase the rich culture and tradition of Benin Kingdom.
The book launch, he noted, would be attended by governors, other
top government functionaries, Benin High Chiefs and other crème de la crème in
the society, including traditional rulers, captains of industry, and members of
diplomatic corps, as well as curators and archivists across the world
