charity care giver, Imelda is top Nigerian Soul & Alternative Afro Pop music
artist / dancer / keyboardist / song writer and a performer who is very easy
going and flexible to work with. She hails from Ojigo, Edumoga Ehaje district
of okpokwu LGA. Born into the humble family of Mr and Mrs Emmanuel okwori.
She
is the first daughter but second child. A product of Federal University of
agriculture, Benue State Polytechnic ugbokolo, spirit 2 soul school of music makurdi,
our Lady of Fatima girls secondary school Aidogo okpoga, Saint Bernard primary
school ugwu okpoga and Mercy nursery primary school, ugwu okpoga respectively.
Unlike other artist, Imelda J started her music carrier from a very tender age.
She was mentored by her mother who was also a singer, performer and dancer and
had her dance group back in the days. Imelda J was able to keep the passion
burning with the support and love from her entire family and friends.
At
present, she is the Celebrity ambassador for Vehicle Owners Association of
Nigeria (VOAN) and the Queen of wheels 2015/2016. Imelda J has worked with so
