BEAUTÉ EST CADEAU DE DIEU..Specificaly in french, the Word stands for "Beauty Is gift from God" and It Is based on this fact That one time beauty queen, Amaka Oguchi, the ex Miss Commonwealth, now  director at the London UK office is calling on all and sundary-not only women- not to use the evil  but temporal recession to  stop or reduce their effort in making themselves more beautiful

Speaking in our end of year special report, the CEO LE ‘AMY spa and beauty centre  hinted  that   ‘ Beauty is life, next perhaps to religion, and we must not allow  recession to stop us from looking after our selves or even pamparing our skin and body’

She was quick to warn that ‘What we do today will show up in our skin in the future. It's up to us to start taking care of our bodies, and taking care of our bodies will show immediately on our skin, not minding the word recession, which I think is state of mind
‘. Throughout our lives the environment and genetic factors will cause our skin to tear and wear. It's the natural aging process. But we don't have to witness passively at our skin's premature aging. We can and we should take measures to prevent premature aging and other skin care issues.

‘What we eat and how we treat our bodies and our skin has a huge impact on our looks. First of all, no product will replace a healthy lifestyle. Our skin is directly affected by what we put into our bodies and we should eat a healthy diet. A poor diet will restrict the availability of certain nutrients that are essential to your skin's health.

‘Exercising should also have an important place in your life as a lack of exercise surely reduces blood circulation thus delivering fewer nutrients and oxygen to the skin. Try exercising regularly and you're sure to achieve great physical condition and good looks. Exercise properly but don't forget to take Proper rest. 7 to 8 hours sleep every night will also benefit your body, your life and your looks. A lack of sleep will surely show up under your eyes.

ON ways to protect the skin, she divulged that ‘Exposing ourselves to wind, cold and sun rays can have a devastating effect on the skin. Avoid lengthy exposure to sun as the ultraviolet rays have lasting effects that sometimes cannot be reversed. Ultraviolet radiation can lead to premature aging, wrinkles, age spots, and ultimately cancer. So be sure to take extra caution when it comes to sun exposure.

‘A good nutrition, a balanced routine of exercise and rest are the foundation for a beautiful and healthy skin. A proper diet will ensure the vitamins, the minerals, and the nutrients your skin needs to maintain and repair the cells. Drink enough water to properly hydrate the skin; 6 glasses of water daily are a must.

‘If you have a healthy life style you can approach a skin care program. There are many types of skin care products available and some might be a useful additional to your daily skin care routine. You can try exfoliating products, cleansers, moisturizers, sunscreens, facial cleansers, and many herbal and nutrient supplements. As long as taking care of your skin is a priority, you can look forward to aging gracefully instead of awkwardly, these are all you get when you visit us at LE AMY,recession or not"She opines
