The stage is finally set, and come Sunday, 11th December 2016, all roads will lead to the prestigious Ruby Gardens Event Centre on the Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos, when the DREAMSCAPE PRODUCTION proudly presents the much awaited GLAMOUR ROLE MODELS AWARD 2016
Already, a long list of big wigs, top celebrities and style icons have been lined up as awardees for the night and they include no less personalities like Lagos State governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, Jimi Agbaje, former Chairman of Orile Agege Local Government Area, Mr. Taofiq Adaranijo, Grace Egbagbe, Omo Sexy Omotola, Agatha Amatha among other egg heads are among dignitaries that will be honored in the 2016 edition of Glamour Man of the year. The event holds on Sunday December 11, in Lagos.


The award, the third in the series, honors individuals that have impacted positively to the lives of people in their environment. It will feature role models in the entertainment industry as well as modeling, fashion, entrepreneurship, and public office holders.
In a chat with CERUTTI MEDIA GROUP, the CEO of DREAMSCAPE and convener of the event,, an ex-International Super Model, Ambassador Tokunbo Odedina said that it is part of her own way of giving back to the society, because of what the industry has done for her in projecting her to the outside world, especially the United Kingdom, where she made her fame in the industry.
“I am giving back to the industry that made me. We are searching for the people that have made names in their various areas of discipline. That is how the idea was borne, to celebrate role models from all walks of life, especially in the modeling industry and public sector.”
Odedina, who is also event and Talent Manager, said that the Glamour project will feature performances top Nigerian musicians including Tee Mac. It will also feature celebrities in Nollywood, while popular comedian Kofi is the compeer of the show. Odedina also said that there will be red carpet, cocktails and the upcoming young models to feature on the short runway.
She added, “We are looking at the celebrity model of the year. Four people in the modeling sector but our major concern are those in the public sector.
According to her, the industry has grown better now, but during our time there was no money, we were doing it for the passion of the profession.


But, now those that are in the job are crazy for money. So that is why we are trying to promote the industry. She had the opportunity of working with the likes of Alakija of the Supreme Stitches and other big names in the modeling industry before she relocated to the UK.
