Sereda Aleta Dailey, the very industrious and multifaceted wordsmith, and force behind the epic: The Art of Manifesting Abundance, was most categorical when she alerted on vision of expansion “Success is a strategy. Success is planned and also implemented, it’s never by accident, and it’s certainly not by chance either (so keep working it!)”
Today, such is  the uniform  drive that must have motivated ISON Group, the leading Customer Experience Management provider in the Africa, Middle East and ASEAN region, offering systems integration, managed services, BPO and strategic outsourcing solutions using end-to-end IT services, to  seek  new ground in Nigeria-Africa’s leading economic market
ISON Group is a reputable brand led by   Global CEO of ISON BPO, Mr. Pravin Kumar an industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience during which he has been credited with the creation of three large business empires. Pravin is a widely respected name in the Business Process Outsourcing space and is regarded as a pioneer in call centre services. He is the Board member of ISON BPO - the leading ITeS services company in Africa. Under his strong leadership, ISON BPO has now operations in 10 countries in Africa and India with 6000 employees within 3 years of ISON BPO’s establishment.

Pravin started his career in 1974 with the Flowmore group for 12 years. He was instrumental in conceptualizing and setting up diverse businesses like Capital Goods, Power and Polyester firms. He spent 19 years with the Dalmia group where he spearheaded various business units ranging from cement to textiles to Radio Paging Services. He was the Managing Director of DSS Mobile Communications; which was a JV between Dalmia's, Samsung and Sunkyong of South Korea. DSS, in 2000 was the largest domestic call centre in the country.
He is also credited with the creation of the "Mobilink" paging brand in India. In 2002, he was one of the shortlists for the Ernst & Young Manager of the year award. Just before conceptualizing ISON BPO, Pravin served as the CEO for Omnia BPO Services, the BPO arm of the Spice Telecom group.
Today it is no surprise the inroad they are making around the world and brand is strategically reinforcing its presence in Nigeria with the announcement of three additional ISON BPO Call Centres as well as other service offerings – ISON Technologies and ISON Investments.  ISON Group is registered in Africa and has presence in 25 Sub-Saharan African countries.

In the words of Mr. Ramesh Awtaney, Founder and Chairman, ISON Group “Unlike most BPO and Tech service companies which take work & jobs to IP, we have pioneered reversing the trend by taking the IP to the work without compromising on world-class quality. As part of our core strategy, we have invested in developing local systems and empowering local talent to foster a better future for the African continent. We do not outsource local work outside of Africa.”
Global CEO of ISON BPO, Mr. Pravin Kumar comments on their expansion in Nigeria.  ‘Nigeria has a huge potential for growth and development, especially with the availability of strong, vibrant and talented workforce. One of our visions for Nigeria is to upskill & develop local human talent thus enabling the country becomes an Offshore Call Center hub which will add significant value to our customers, internally and externally. It should

Not be difficult to create 25,000 jobs in 1 to 2 years in this space and generate export revenue of around US$ 400 million in same. It can then grow from there.”
