The revered Holy books of Proverbs in chapter 29 vs. 18 was most categorical on what the word vision stands for when it stated that ‘Where there is no vision, the people perish’’. An English writer Sir Jonathan Swift was up with a visionary follow up when he mused: ‘Vision is the art of seeing things invisible’’

Now as if taking visionary cue from both reliable sources, young newly crowned Omah Ibezim , the current miss Ethnic Nigeria 2014/15 has come up with a fresh visionary plan for Nigeria’s newly elected President, Gen Mohammed Buhari GCFR, urging him to have a vision for the youths of Nigeria by motivating them to have an eye for agricultural aspect of life, that successive Government have nearly neglected

‘’It is most pathetic, our youths today do not see any excitement in the vocation called agriculture, they see it as pass time or career for the old people ,like  our forefathers  and for the older  folks, our new President must change this mindset, to be that is one of the biggest task before our new President elect, Gen Buhari

‘’It is this inspiration of agriculture and for need for our youths to come out and love farming and agriculture that led me to set up my pet project which is “The Greener Nigeria Foundation”. It is a foundation that promotes not only and education but has a lot it hopes to project in the power and essence of agriculture

‘So I wish to use this platform to motivate our new President to  motivate the youths of Nigeria  on power of agriculture, this should be one of his top three goals, and I can assure you this can further make Nigeria great’’ She postulated in a chat with CERUTTI Media

Asked the secret of her drive and passion for Nigeria, she divulged: ‘’I believe Nigeria is beautiful, irrespective of our diverse cultures and beliefs. This is what makes us have a rich heritage.  I believe in peace even in our diversity and I believe that together as a nation we can achieve this. Be my brother and I your sister, let us arise oneness and sparkle in our diverse ethnic colors and show the world how unique and beautiful we are!

BASIC FACT ON OMAh

Young and naturally endowed Omah Chioma Ibezim, emerged the winner of Miss Ethnic Nigeria 2014. Beyond being a beauty queen, she is currently the client service head and confidential secretary to leading style label, MUDI AFRICA

She 25yrs Old and she hail from Mbaukwu town in Awka south LGA of Anambra state Nigeria. She was born and raised in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, and admit still having fond memories of the once home of peace and tourism

She is queen of height 5ft 10inches tall and her basic Statistics are 32-27-39. She studied Geography and Adult education at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, and beyond modeling her passion is creating artistic designs and drawing sketches. A gifted linguist. She speaks English, Igbo and French. She is lover of travelling, reading African literature and watching Movies.

She was emphatic on what gives her joy. ‘I cannot deny it, I love Fashion, I love Print, and I have deep passion for things that grow and I believe so much in Nature and Art.
