Only handful of top notch superstars in the world today did successfully made a grand transformation from the glamor world to the high stake political world and the super brand,Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger remains the acme of them all
The Austrian-born American actor, filmmaker, activist, businessman, investor, writer, philanthropist, former professional bodybuilder, and politician. Schwarzenegger served two terms as the 38th Governor of California from 2003 until 2011, he has since entered history books
That is America, today, the world over, many personalities in Africa are attempting to make a grand foray in politics and here in out shores is the man in the glamour business of looking goof, called Benny Obaze, who penultimate week emerged victorious at the People Democratic Party (PDP) primaries for the federal House of Representatives, representing Ogbaru Federal Constituency, in Anambra State, Nigeria.
American trained Obaze, who is a strong believer in the Sir Bernard Malamud philosophy which says :'' If there is no fight, there is no freedom'' took everyone by surprise in his political aspirations, because prior to now, he had not gone public in his ambition to seek high stake political office
The man who made fame for himself with the high trend style brand called Bevista, which also gave birth to female line, Rivista and an exclusive hat palace, Jevista, disclosed that hr is going to politics simply to better the life of his people's
'' Only a foolish man lives in affluence when his people suffer and lacks in physical, emotions and socio-economic wants of life, and it is such desire that I have a big burden in heart that motivated me to seek for a voice from the federal house of representative.
'' My cardinal goal is that out people of Ogburu must be better, we must seek to give the people what is deserving of them, I have been around, and it is only logical that one of the best ways to set our people to be great is by me having a voice from the federal seat.
Chief Obaze who shocked everybody by keeping his political plan close to his heart before now, revealed that he was motivated by the proverbial warning that empty vassals make the loudest noise
'' I knew it is a common trend in glamour world for people to talk big of their dreams before it comes to light, but I never wanted to make such mistake hence I kept the plan to myself until I got the elusive primaries ticket in my hands'' he posited

"' I was held in awe of the mammoth support I enjoyed among my people, just the mere mention of the name Benny Obaze, I was shocked how people simply identified me as the force and face behind Bevista, and that simply showed me the gains and virtues of hard work because I have for about two full decades to build this brand, and it had turned out as a well loved brand, it goes to show that in life there is no compromise to excellence or hard work''
Hon. Obaze appealed to the youths of today to always believe in the beauty of their dream and to always Endeavor to read good books, get sound education, learn the etiquette of good manners, find a good mentor, work hard and try by all means tom all criminal habits that can destroy their future''

BRIEF FACT ABOUT BENNY OBAZE
A native of Uchuche Umuoda, Obgaaru,Anambra State, Nigeria. Benny Obaze is the President/CEO of Bevista, a men's designer fashion franchise in Nigeria. He had wide and varied experience in the fashion design, production and marketing industry. At different times he was on the managerial staff of key fashion industries in the United States including Children's Place, Liz Claiborne and Gitano.
After leaving Gitano where he was the Special Project Manager for merchandising in the early 1990's he founded Bevista - a company that prides itself as the flagship and source of power and new millennium dresses and gives a pride of place to quality elite casuals. He has since opened a female line and hat shops in Lagos, and few other states across the Country, Nigeria He is widely traveled and has attended fashion fairs in the US, Germany and France.
Like the great American Arnold, Obaze is currently trying his hands in the high scale world of politics, where he hopes to start as a member of the Federal house of Representative
