FROM POLITICAL MEETINGS TO FASHION STATEMENTS - MISS-K TALKS TO THE SUNDAY TRIBUNE NEWSPAPER- ON WHY COLOURS BRINGS HER A STEP CLOSER TO THE GOOD VIBE OF AFRICA

Rather than discussing her usual political meetings, this time around, Afro-Caribbean Star  MISS-K, made the headlines once again when she was interviewed by the Nigerian  Sunday Tribune Newspaper, in which she disclosed some of her Fashion & Beauty tips.

When asked why she liked wearing bright coulours,  she said  "I LOVE WEARING BRIGHT COLOURS"...

 "First,colours in general makes anyone stand out from the crowd, not that i need a piece of clothing to do just that..but it does help when you walk into a room full of gorgeous and well attired people.  And lets be frank, in this industry its all about getting noticed. 
As much as people remember you for the work you have achieved ,they also tend to remember you for your fashion - whether your fashion sense happens to be great or not...trust me they do !

 When you are  Miss-K, making an entrance comes with the territory.

"You know, Fashion is what you buy, Style is what you do with it.." 
So I never had to worry about style...when it comes to STYLE, I've always done me..from a very young age, i knew what was right for me to wear and what fitted my body shape.
To me, dressing up is fun.. you just have to be creative with it ..i have always been into fashion .
I studied 6 years in some of the world's best Fashion Schools. So i know fashion.
Second, I love colours - They bring a smile to my face, and  i can reassure you that it  will also lift up the mood and spirit to anyone that dares to approach me...
Third, It reminds me of my colourful Caribbeans.It brings me a step closer to the good vibes of Africa..That's why I love to wear bright colours.
When it comes to beauty, for lipsticks i sometimes use bright red or softer shades of nude. It all depends of my moods and what i wear. "
