The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has expressed concern over the increasing incidents of unruly behavior by passengers at airports, often triggered by flight delays and cancellations.

 According to Capt. Chris Najomo, the NCAA's Director-General, the authority has been receiving phone calls from the Presidency and members of the National Assembly over the issue, which he described as an embarrassment to Nigeria's image.

Capt. Najomo emphasized that the NCAA is determined to address the problem, stating that "no stone will be left unturned" to end the menace. He highlighted the importance of maintaining a positive image of Nigeria's aviation industry, both locally and internationally. The NCAA's efforts will focus on ensuring that airlines adhere to regulations and provide better services to passengers.
